Anorgasmia

Overcome your anorgasmia

Rational emotive behaviour therapy and clinical hypnotherapy – The effective combined therapy to overcome anorgasmia

Your recovery commences when you attend for your pre-treatment comprehensive assessment. At this session we will examine and discuss all the factors that may have led to your anorgasmia. We will examine family issues, childhood memories, relationship problems, past traumas and other social factors. We of course understand how frustrating this condition is and therefore we ensure that you are treated in a sympathetic, sensitive and caring manner in total confidence.

We will then prepare a therapy programme that will bring about your recovery and enhance your ability to achieve orgasm. This treatment will be based upon rational emotive behavioural hypnotherapy. These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.

Why is rational emotive behaviour hypnotherapy successful in treating anorgasmia?

REBH will encourage you to start thinking more positively about yourself, others and life in general. Consequently your thoughts will become healthier and more rational, your emotions will become positive, influencing your behaviours as well. The clinical hypnotherapy element of your treatment will address deeper underlying issues that are lodged within your sub-conscious mind. Treatment will include ego strengthening, relaxation, self hypnosis, visualisation and confidence building.

About Anorgasmia

Anorgasmia is a condition which prevents women from achieving an orgasm during sexual activity. Causes of anorgasmia are many and varied. They can relate to psychological and medical factors although it is generally believed that physical causes of anorgasmia are rare. The most common causes originate in a woman’s mind which filters sexual desire and physical or sexual reactions. Once the mind has such a negative filter, orgasm will not occur until appropriate treatment.
