The HFEA (The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority) estimate that one in seven UK couples have difficulty in conceiving – approximately 3.5 million people! The National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) defines infertility as failing to get pregnant after two years of regular unprotected sexual intercourse.
Infertility is the most common reason for women aged between 20 – 45 to consult their General Practitioner, after pregnancy itself and of these cases more than 25% are diagnosed with ‘unexplained infertility'.
The conscious conception programme therefore is designed to help women and couples discover and work through emotional and psychological barriers to conception. The conscious conception programme explores unique methods of conscious fertility. This programme will take patients on a step by step journey through their minds, bodies and souls to help them connect with their inner selves and to understand the underlying problems behind their difficulty in conceiving. The programme uses a number of proven therapies that will help patients overcome previously entrenched emotional barriers to conception and to enable them to heal their whole lives.
