Rational emotive behaviour therapy and clinical hypnotherapy – the proven treatment to beat stress

Recovery commences when you attend for a pre-treatment comprehensive assessment.  At this session we will examine all the factors that may have led to the build up of your stress and the trigger points that maintain the feeling of pressure and tension.

We will then prepare a therapy programme that will address these issues and bring about a full recovery.   We will treat you with a combination of REBT and clinical hypnotherapy.   These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.

REBT will encourage you to start thinking more positively about yourself, others and life in general.  You will learn that it is not events, people or situations that stress you but the interpretation that you choose to place upon them.
