Your recovery commences when you attend for your pre-treatment comprehensive assessment. At this session we will examine and discuss all the factors that may have led to your low self esteem. We will examine family issues, childhood memories, relationship problems, employment difficulties and other social factors.
We will then prepare a therapy programme that will bring about your recovery and enhance your self esteem based upon Rational Emotive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.
