Your recovery commences when you attend for your pre-treatment comprehensive assessment. At this session we will examine and discuss all the factors that may have led to your fear of public speaking. We will examine family issues, childhood memories and other social pressures that may have led to your fear of speaking in public. We of course understand how frustrating this condition is and therefore we ensure that you are treated in a sympathetic, sensitive and caring manner in total confidence.

We will then prepare a therapy programme that will bring about your recovery, enhance your self esteem, restore your confidence to enable you to speak in public effectively. This treatment will be based upon rational emotive behavioural hypnotherapy. These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.
