Your recovery commences when you attend for your pre-treatment comprehensive assessment. At this session we will examine and discuss all the factors that may have led to your history of examination nerves. We will examine family issues, childhood memories, schooling and college experiences and other social factors.

We will then prepare a therapy programme that will bring about your recovery and enhance your confidence. This treatment will be based upon rational emotive behavioural hypnotherapy. These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.

The physical symptoms associated with exam stress is when adrenaline prepares the body for the ‘flight or fight’ reaction. Students with either distance themselves from their work or remain vacant and unable to focus.
