What Does the Treatment Involve?
The first appointment is a pre-treatment assessment where we find out more about you and the cause of your anxiety. This allows us to tailor your recovery programme to your individual needs.
Following this assessment you will commence your programme of treatment. For anxiety disorders this may involve a combination of techniques such as Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. We will choose the best combination of therapies to help you move on to a healthier and more fulfilled life.
