Anger Management
Rational emotive behaviour therapy and clinical hypnotherapy – the effective treatment to control your anger
You have helped me understand what makes me angry and I am now better able to control my feelings. – PG, East London
Recovery commences when you attend for a pre-treatment comprehensive assessment. At this session we will examine all the factors that may have contributed to your past history of anger and the trigger points that maintain it.
We will then prepare a therapy programme that will address these issues and bring about a full recovery. We will treat you with a combination of REBT and Clinical Hypnotherapy. These sessions will be at regular weekly intervals.
Why is REBT and clinical hypnotherapy successful at managing anger?
REBT will encourage you to start thinking more positively about yourself, others and life in general. You will learn that it is not events, people or situations that make you angry but the interpretation that you choose to place upon them. Clinical hypnotherapy will also address other underlying issues that are lodged deep within the subconscious mind.
