Hypnotherapy gives you the strength to stop smoking
Because hypnotherapy works by changing the root causes of your smoking addiction, we begin with a pre-treatment assessment, during which we will learn what beliefs you have about smoking and the behaviours that have maintained your smoking addiction.
Your treatment begins one week later with a single 1 hour hypnotherapy session. During this session we use our understanding of your addiction to break down your false beliefs and unwanted behaviours. Following this session your need to smoke will become a thing of the past.
If you do not quit smoking within 30 days of your treatment we will provide a further session completely free of charge.
